t many bars it’s the hot customers who get sidelong glances. At the Publick House, it’s the mac ‘n’ cheese. Here this classic comfort food leaves the kitchen baked full of your choice of add-ins—broccoli, bacon, peas, mushrooms, even truffle oil, attracting attention all the way across the room. The dish looks small, but it’s brimming over with cheesy, browned-in-the-oven shells, and so filling you’ll have enough left over to share.
