rooklyn Builders Somerville must be hip. After all, it’s named for Brooklyn, Center of All That Is Trendy. But don’t be a hater. This place actually does offer more than just cutting-edge climbing terrain. There’s also street art, graffiti, music, and unique community culture. And if you’ve actually come to a rock-climbing facility for fitness, there’s plenty of that, too, with personal training, yoga, and slack-line and ropes course classes. Relax afterward in the sauna, or beside the fireplace in the lounge, and be happy you at least live in the world’s second-coolest burg. Another secret: there’s a workplace upstairs for freelancers and young professionals, complete with balance-ball desks and chin-up bars. Zarowin
The Brooklyn Museum has a large collection of Paul Revere pottery and New England glass and crafts.
