The Stay Fit Gym on the top of the Hyatt Regency hotel in Cambridge has one of the best views of Boston, which you can enjoy while working out at any time in the 24/7 cardio and weight room or in the eucalyptus steamroom, spruce sauna, or indoor heated pool under a glass roof from 5 a.m. till 10 a.m. The secret? You don’t have to be a hotel guest to use it. Locals can buy memberships to the gym, which also includes such perks as chilled towels and massage services. Members get three hours of free parking per visit, and can warm up or chill out with a run along the Charles, right out front. The hotel also rent bikes. So great is the view from the Hyatt in Cambridge, it once boasted the only revolving restaurant in Massachusetts on the 15th floor.
