Try the creations of Boston’s top chefs, all in one place



ou can sample the work of some of Boston’s most famous chefs under the same roof at the Parish Café, whose menu features sandwich creations contributed by more than a dozen of them. Try the Oleana, created by Oleana chef and owner Ana Sortun: beer-battered, deep fried mussels and Hungarian hot peppers on a baguette. Other contributors include Blue Ginger owner Ming Tsai, whose Parish sandwich is a tuna steak grilled rare on an onion foccacia. In warm weather, there’s an outdoor patio in the Back Bay location, and floor-to-ceiling windows in the South End that open to the sidewalk. Both are great for people-watching. The Parish also serves food late, until 1 a.m., and has an equally cool bar (open till 2), with 75 beers on tap and creative cocktails. Kutz and Moravek
