ere’s the kind of meditation program we like: the free kind. Shambhala Meditation Center offers free meditation programs at weekly open houses with introductions to the Buddhist-inspired Shambhala practice and open meditations. The meditations cater to specific audiences—under 30, LGBT, people in recovery—or just laypeople with an interest. There are also yoga and tai chi classes and art seminars. Montorio
