Mellow yoga in a suburban backyard

en in the suburbs? Yup, at Breathe Joy Yoga. This is the quintessential greater Boston secret. Rather than running crowded classes indoors, founder Robyn Parets holds yoga sessions outdoors—kind of. The light-filled, spa-inspired studio in Parets’ backyard (which makes it particularly hard to find) is surrounded by trees, deer, and woodsy critters, giving yogis an unconventional but incredibly relaxing experience. The classes, mostly taught vinyasa flow style, are small and personalized. Breathe Joy also holds yoga workshops and special events for great deals. Hamedy
