Started by jewelry aficionado Paul Turnberg more than 30 years ago, and named for the streamlined transcontinental train that epitomized art deco, this subterranean jewelry mecca is home to a collection ranging from bakelite to art deco and 1940s and 1950s tiaras to sterling silver from designers including Hattie Carnegie, Miriam Haskell, and Eisenberg.
