An exotic restaurant that caters to kids

t isn’t easy finding a restaurant that offers unique cuisine and at the same time caters to kids—especially in a neighborhood that’s dominated by hip, adult-themed dining spots and bars. Serving up bold flavors of unique Turkish food, the obscurely named Brookline Family Restaurant has something for the whole family, from Baba Ghanoush to chicken fingers. All the traditional Turkish dishes are available, including hummus, falafel, Turkish-style pizzas, and massive beef and lamb kebabs—all Halal-certified. The friendly staff is more than happy to make suggestions. And save room for dessert; the sweet and flaky baklava is a must try, and the milk pudding wonderfully rich and creamy. Arpie
