side-street hole in the wall normally obscured by parked cars, Super Fusion serves some of the best sushi around. You can tell by the Japanese expats who flock there—seemingly the only people (except, now, you) who know about this place. With fish delivered fresh every morning, head chef Sam Huang (formerly of Fugakyu in Coolidge Corner) creates such a huge selection of rolls you’ll find it hard to pick one. With prices so low, you can try plenty. The spicy tuna maki is a house favorite, and there are such other, less conventional maki rolls as the Brookline Maki—eel tempura and cucumber maki topped with white tuna lightly torched with spicy mayo, tobiko and unagi sauce—and daily specials, including a lunch deal between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. that includes rice, miso soup, salad, and fresh fruit. There are also locations in Watertown and Cambridge. Arpie
