ambridge, 1’s lobster pizza puts a new twist on two of our favorite foods. The restaurant’s grilled flatbread pizza comes topped with, among other things, fresh Maine lobster, corn, scallions, and parmesan cheese—oh, and lemon butter, the traditional lobster dipping sauce.
