Coffee Break
A café where you (and your kids) can take a time out
C
atching up on your work is so much easier when you’re sipping a perfectly creamy latte while sitting on a well-worn, overstuffed couch. With said comfortable couches and chairs to lounge in, warm colors, and the mellow sounds of Death Cab for Cutie in the background, the Lincoln Street Café is a relaxing spot for doing some work on the laptop or meeting up with friends. In addition to the selection of kosher, organic and free-trade coffees that are freshly brewed every hour, there’s a nice selection of healthy, and for the most part organic, salads and sandwiches that are made to order. Peter Meyer, the owner and a father of two himself, encourages his customers to enjoy the café with their kids. There’s also live music every Friday night that is usually jazz or acoustic folk. Arpie
