That’s because you can eat as much sushi as you want, but if you leave anything on your plate, they’ll charge you extra. Seriously. Yamato offers all-you-can-eat sushi, soup, salad, appetizers, hot entrees—even ice cream. There’s a surcharge for anything you take but don’t finish. Makes sense, if you think about it.
