The Nature Trail and Cranberry Bog at Patriot Place includes a half-mile hiking trail, 32-acre bog, bridge and observation platform, even a place to take a picnic of the non-tailgate variety. So, okay, it’s the last of many onetime cranberry bogs that once operated in town, but at least there’s wildlife and vegetation that will transport you far from the parking lots and box stores around the stadium.
