Yeah, we know, given that the menu is filled with traditional Middle Eastern dishes including falafel and chicken shawarma, it may seem dull to order just a hamburger here, but you won’t be sorry. Cooked to order (it takes about 15 minutes), Andre’s jumbo burger is made from 100 percent beef that’s seasoned for an added kick. Come hungry, because at 10 ounces this burger is colossal. Throw in a gigantic side of fries and you’ll leave feeling like you got more than your money’s worth. Arpie
Originally a tidal marsh called South Cove, the South End was filled in during the 1840s. Harrison Avenue became the home of the Massachusetts Homeopathic Hospital, then the largest homeopathic hospital in the United States—and of Boston College until it moved to Chestnut Hill in 1913.
