A
sian for lunch? Yup. And we don’t mean leftovers. Fóumami (foo-mah-mee) serves up Asian-inspired sandwiches, and even breakfast, in new varieties of Asian tastes and flavors, from ingredients made fresh daily, using family recipes and traditional flavors from Japan, Korea, and China. Signature sandwiches are served on shao bing bread that’s crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. There are also soups, salads, and freshly brewed teas, and you can watch them all being made in the open kitchen. Connolly
Fóumami is a contraction that loosely translates to “what Buddha finds to be most delicious.”
